How to Order

Four easy ways you can place an order at Wonders Shop

Payment

We offer the following  payment options on the WondersShop.com;

Paypal -use credit /debit card or your own PayPal account using the secure payment service PayPal. This e-commerce system uses Secure Sockets Layer technology (SSL) to ensure your shopping experience is safe, sound and secure at all times.

Direct debit (bank deposit) – email your request and you will be provided with our bank deposit details

NB: Payments by Direct Deposit or on a weekend may take 24 – 48 hours to arrive in our bank account. We will only ship goods once payment has been received.  Bank Details can be found here

During Shop Hours Pay over the TELEPHONE - we accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. (This service only available during shop hours.)  You will be posted your receipt – either with goods or separately if your parcel is not going direct to you! (i.e. when it is a gift)

In store – Eftpos, Credit: Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, cash.

All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars and include GST.

Delivery

A flat fee of $9.95 applies to all standard sized orders shipped around Australia via standard Australia Post.

Cost for Registered ($11.95)  or Express Post ($14.95) options.

Additional freight charges may be incurred for large or heavy items and/or deliveries to remote locations within Australia.

INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE  $19.99 flat rate(Items are posted from Australia)-   I post to UK, USA, Most of Asia and Europe.

Some items are unable to be posted internationally or to certain countries. I dont post very heavy items that exceed postage cost of $19.99 without giving you the option of paying the extra postage.

If the item is too heavy to post – or is an item that I am not allowed to post overseas  (that may violate Australian or international trade or other laws) I will inform you of this and refund your payment in full. most items in my web shop are ok!

Delivery Times

Orders will be shipped between 1-3 days of receiving the order and payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays). Direct deposit payments may take up to 3 days for payment to go through. Depending where you live we have provided a guideline for delivery times to various locations across Australia.

Approximate delivery times:

Sydney, Melbourne: 1-3 working days

Rural NSW, Victoria: 2-4 working days

Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra & Tasmania: 3 – 4 working days

Perth, Darwin & Cairns: 4 – 5 working days

Rural WA, QLD & NT: 5 – 7 working days.

Please note: These are only approximate delivery times and due to Christmas deliveries may take longer.

Other Postage Options:

Express Post is overnight – except for remote areas which may take 2 days.

Registered Post takes a regular delivery time – but includes full insurance and is traceable- HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Registered Post & loss and damage during delivery:

Wonders  Shop checks all toys to make sure they are in good condition and not faulty prior to packaging and every item is packaged with great care. Australia Post is a reliable delivery service, however sometimes mishaps can occur. If a package is delayed, arrives damaged or not at all please contact us immediately by email or phone and we will do everything possible to ensure you are satisfied with our products.

Order and Return Policy:

We want our customers to be happy with the toys purchased from us. If for some reason there is a problem with the toy or you are not happy with it then please contact us to discuss the matter. We will either offer a store credit or replace the toy (if faulty). You must return the item within 14 days for full refund (including delivery costs) however we will still replace any faulty items after the 14 days (postage costs excluded).

AVAILABILITY

Stock is subject to availability. Although we aim to ensure information on our website is correct, we reserve the right to change pricing and availability to its correct form if found to be incorrect.

The physical! Shop hours are

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 10am-5.30pm (Thurs ?Friday open til 6pm Spring/summer)
Wednesdays 1.30-5.30  (Nov – Feb)

Saturday 10- 4pm

CLOSED SUNDAY

Please note if you call during shop hours there are some reasons I may not be able to answer – busy with a customer, getting a coffee, having a massage (could only wish!)   Emails usually get to me within the hour – so you may have more luck this way.
